At the bottom of the wiper arm, where it pivots, there's a little plastic cap that you can lift up to reveal the nut the holds the arm onto the motor. Below is a picture to help you see better what I'm talking about. It's pretty easy to pop up if you have a small little flathead screwdriver to get behind the cap.

Good Luck!

REAR WIPER DOES NOT MOVE WHEN TURNED ON YOU CAN HEAR WIPER MOTOR BUT WIPER DOES NOT MOVE

It sounds like the blade has come loose on the shaft. The motor is turning the shaft, so you have a fairly easy job of tightening the blade and arm to the shaft. Look at the assembly where the big round bit that drives the arm goes into the body. If it's not missing, remove the round cover, You'll see a nut there. Tighten it up, put the cover back on, and the job's done.

How do i tighten my wiper blades?

You could replace the arms if they are ***** out or put tin foil over gear to shim it up to tighten gap between the arm and gear I see lots of new parts on eBay so it must be a commend problem

Rear wiper stopped working

First check the fuse for the rear wiper to make sure it did not blow. Also, if you had the wiper replaced resently, then the nut on top of the wiper blade may not have been tightened down.

I need instuctions to replace the rear wiper blade on a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Take it to any parts store and they will do it for you for free, there are three types, the rocker type which you have to raise the wiper arm away from the glass then pull the tab up then slide the wiper down and slide the wiper off the wiper arm. but the best thing is have someone show you how to do it for the first time sometimes they can be tough to get off.

Rear windshield wiper does not move even though I can hear motor working

Check the attaching nut for the wiper blade. They will come loose over time. Pop up the cover on the wiper ,there is a 13mm nut try tightening it. Make sure the wiper arm and motor are in the park position before tightening.Good luck.

Rear window wiper not working, loose and hanging down?

Nut came loose and now has stripped the cone shaped wiper blade driver. replace the cone and replace the wiper in the correct plase and tighten the nut down. If the wiper does not work make sure the wiper blade is not stripped as well.

  1. REMOVE RR WIPER BLADE
    1. Raise the rear wiper blade to the position as shown in the illustration where the meshing of the claw disengages with a clicking sound. NOTE: Be careful not to break the claw.
    2. Pull straight the rear wiper blade to vehicle's left from the wiper arm. NOTE: Do not fold the rear wiper arm with the rear wiper blade removed from it.1722d05.gif

  1. REMOVE REAR WIPER RUBBER
    1. Place the rear wiper with the rear end of the rubber protruded from the blade stopper as shown in the illustration. NOTE: Do not pull out the wiper rubber forcibly, as the backing plates will become deformed or the blade claws will become damaged. HINT: The rubber can be easily pulled out by pushing the middle area of the blade.
