Will not start. Fuel pressure ok, new plugs and wires. Turns over, wont start. What to check next?

Check for spark at 1 or more plug wires. If no spark, possible crank sensor/computer/fuse/wiring. Check for injector pulse. Remove 1 injector harness and install test light between the two terminals of the harness and crank engine. Test light should flash if computer/wiring ok. Make sure check engine light comes on when key in on position for bulb check. If no light, look for blown ECM fuse/s

I have no head lights, no radio, no pump to my windsheild washer fluid, checked fuses and relay swicht's and get nothing

I have the same problem except my radio works. To me it looks like the washer fluid and headlights are on the same relay but replacing the relay does nothing. I disconnected the battery and removed the computer from the front of the relay box to let it reset and everything seemed to work fine at first. After restarting the car 3 or 4 times, the problem returned. Not sure what to do...

I don't know what your problem is. I would suspect your solenoid as you suggest. It is easy checked with a volt ohm meter and a friend. (voltage always present on the battery side - voltage present on starter side when the key is turned to the start position)

Is this a manual or auto? I guess you know there is a switch on the clutch if it is manual - clutch MUST be depressed to start. Im sure you know this!

Check the solenoid. You could jump the solenoid with a auto grade jumper cable to double check your electric (volt/ohm) check.

1999 Chevy Tahoe won't Start. Motor will not turn over.

I'm assuming that by turning over, you mean that the engine fails to turn with the starter . Check your battery for 12v and make sure all connections are clean and secure. If battery has less than 12v charge it and check the charging system after re-starting. Lights and radio do not pull the same amperage as the starter and may not tell you much about battery condition. If you have full battery voltage, check the starter for 12v at the battery connection and the small (trigger wire) for 12v with the key turned to start position. If you have both, likely starter has failed.

No power to starter 2004 chevy tahoe

It could be your neutral safety switch. It could be the starter relay which is located in the fuse panel box. It could be the smaller wire going to the starter could be loose or corroded.
