Question about 1998 Saturn SL
Does not have a cam sensor, that function is done by the ECM monitoring the #4 cylinder for misfire, and then you'd get either a P0340 or P0341-so, you might need a crankshaft sensor, located above the starter on the firewall side of the engine. A common issue with the symptoms you are describing.
