How do I install a ignition coil on a 1998 Pontaic Grand AM 2.4L 4CYL DOHC

The coils are under the top engine cover(four bolts,10mm) Unplug it and pull it up. Flip it over and there are four small bolts to remove to get access to the coils. Just a note. Most times the coils aren't bad. It is the white cover holding them. It cracks from age and heat, letting the spark threw to the engine.

Where is computer located in 1998 pontiac grand am

The PCM on any Pontiac Grand Am is located behind the glove box. You must remove the screws attaching the glove box to physically see the PCM. Use caution if you're going to remove the glove box door. good-day !

Location of heater core on a 1998 pontiac grand prix gtp superchared

Heater cores in most vehicles are located in dash in front of passenger seat. Hard to get access to without taking dash out of car. They can usually be seen if you can get your head under the dash and look up on passenger side. May need to remove some small plastic molding and a few screws to see it.

Abs light stays on in dash. have been told this is a common problem with these models. where is brake control module located on 1998 plymouth grand voyager. 3.3. have been quoted $904 to fix. need...

Don't know how handy you may be but would seriously consider removing instrument cluster, and checking solder on circuit board. Just did mine, wasn't hard, maybe a couple of hours work. Nice small, pointed solder gun will be needed as well. They have had many weird problems with gauges, starting, running etc, all narrowed down to that printed circuit board, where the solder on the contact pins become corroded or cracked and cause some pretty weird stuff. At the very least, try removing dash enough to remove 4 screws holding cluster in, and pulling off connectors and putting them back on a couple of times, just in case it's just a dirty connection. If you decide you want to try it, and need more specific instructions, let me know, or even google , Dodge or Plymouth instrument cluster soldering, as there is some pictures and videos out there on the subject. Good Luck, and let me know how you make out.
