Hi,
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Mazda sting 130 2003 repair of the starter and the connection there of .

sting, we dont have them here, so what country?
is this is 323 car? 1.3L engine, can you see the starter, have you attempted to even look ,yet?

just starter vague post.
is this just a question of how to replace a starter and not get an acid bath?
1: disconnect battery minus lug. first, always 1st,
2: gain access to starter (remove stuff, or read the FSM)
3: take of the 2 wires from starter solenoid.
4: remove the 2 bolts.
5 it falls out.

or did you mean :?
I have a bad starter, can I repair it,
sure you can 90% of time. (skills good)
but usually the parts add up to more that a rebuilt.
we can show the tests, all great books on starter repair cover this.
in a pinch ive even repaired a solenoid.
ask. for the tests. and steps.
but with zero symptoms , id be forced to show all tests. all steps.
why ask this,..?????

WWell when I got the bronco it was rrunning fine,my stepson drove it to me, about 5 miles about 500 ft from my house its lights started flashing and it quit, when he tried to start it,nothing,battery...

I need to know model year? I looked at wiring for 1990 ford bronco. 5.oL engine.
The gasoline engine shows a starter relay that is not mounted to starter motor.
The diesel engine showed starter solenoid mounted to starter. I'm not sure which engine you have? They both have a starter relay.
I think your headed in the right direction, I need more info.

How do you replace an ignition switch in a Lincoln Navigator?

Don't believe it would be the ignition switch. It sounds like the starter relay may be stuck in the on position. Find the starter relay and pull it out. One terminal would be hot at all times-use a test light grounded to engine block and probe the relay terminals. Should only have one terminal showing power. Now have someone hold the key in start position. Now you should have two terminals showing power, and when key is released to the run position, the second hot terminal should stop showing power.
If it works like this, try a new relay, or a known good one. If second terminal still shows power without key being in start (cranking) position, then it may be the ignition switch or the wiring and connections between the switch and the starter relay.
You will keep burning starters out till fixed. Starters that are run more than a few seconds at a time will get too hot and burn out.

Engine won't start and if starter is replaced does it have any other problems

Engine wont start. If car battery voltage is low then engine wont start. The fully charged battery will show 12 volt. But if battery is showing 12 volt. Then check the battery to starter connection. If that is also checked ok then check voltage for starter itself. The starter is also a 12 volt part. But if the starter is faulty then it has to be replaced. If you start the car but if its not starting then its starter fault. But if the car makes cranking noise but its not getting turn over then there are many other possibilities. But if the car is not even cranking then its faulty starter.Get this checked and confirmed before replacing any part. This should help.Thanks. Can u show graphic for replacing starter motor

I can't show graphics but I can tell you how, firstly locate the starter motor, remove the battery lead from the starter motor, plus the small lead from the solenoid then remove the bolts that secure the starter motor, pull the starter motor out, replacing is the reverse.....hope this helps....cheers

Will not start

If your starter makes click click click when trying to start, probably the starter is ok. You should use a socket in the crankshaft bolt to turn the engine, be sure that it moves freely. If it does, test your starter by connecting a piece of wire from the positive of you battery to signal wire on the starter (the small one), for this you have to be very careful. Replace any of them that is broken: engine or starter.

2002 Sebring LXi Convertible Starter Motor Fuse Blown 2x

Starter solenoid. I don't have the page here but in chiltons a page shows the ignition to fuse to relay to starter and if you look closely it's quite basic. I had same problem with constant fuse blow #8. The solenoid over time wears and sometimes sticks. When it sticks, your system can overload thus burn fuse. I bet you never stalled out while driving, but only when you shut off and start somewhere it's a no go. That's because you're system is already engaged. I had to change starter as solenoid part of it all. I see others suffer this same problem so please share this around. Solenoid can stick for a millisecond.
