I have my dash off changing my heater core and i cant get figure out how to get the plastic mount the core sits in off!! what do i do?!

On the outside under the hood and along the fire wall..... There are about 5 nuts that must be taken off to allow the heater core and AC condenser box to be removed. You must remove the air filter box and associated hoses.... Then under that is a bracket which holds the ac accumulator (which also must be removed) Then these is the main computer on the fire wall on the on passenger side that needs to be removed to access all the nuts needed to be removed to let the heater/ac box loose from the fire wall. I am not a mechanic... I am an IT Computer guy that had just went through this process and it is HELL. Took me 2 days.

Chevy silverado heater not blow out at floorboard position it will work at all other? No other problems like water on floorboard.

With the engine cold look under the hood for a small vacuum hose that feeds the duct controls. Its usually on the pass. side near the A/C box mounted on the fire wall. The vac hose will be coming off the intake manifold. They get broke off or disconnected with the heat.

I cant afford to fix heater core at this time so how do i identify hoses to bypass
Here is a link for you if you want to replace the heater core your self with common tools. As for the heater hose, you should see two small radiator hose going to the fire wall. You can disconnect the hose from the fire wall and connect them together, this will by pass the heater core till you replace the bad core. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to know your expedition is running 100% again.
