SOURCE: i need headbolt tightening sequence

Most head torque sequences start in the middle and work in a circle to the outside edges. The reason for this is because it keeps the head flat because most warpage starts in the center and gets worse on both ends or vise versa.Torque the head in three sucessive steps. It gives the gasket a chance to compress evenly and the bolts to stretch preventing fatigue.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

I would like to replace the injector oil seals in my ZD30 Y61 2001 Nissan Patrol and I am chasing an engine rebuild manual to help me out. Is there any such manual or information available???

ok if you want to do it yourself you can try by disconnecting the battery cable, then release the fuel pressure by removing the gas cap, then remove the fuel lines from the fuel rail, and the fuel rail holding bolts, then carefully remove the injectors from the rail, then remove the seals, and when replacing the seals wet them with some brake fluid and instal them you need them to slip in smoothly

Cylinder head torque settings

Thread Head bolt torque and sequence
Read the threads, but it states:
According to my manual the removal and the replacement sequence are different. Removal (looking from the cam sprockets )
headbolt 1-3-9-5-7 are on the left and 2-4-10-9-8 are on the right. Remove in that progression.
Instillation 9-5-1-3-7 are on the left and 10-6-2-4-8 are on the right tighten in that order.
Tighten to 25Nm or 18 ft/lb. and retighten the cyl hd blt 70 deg plus 70 deg plus 50 deg using the angular torque guage KM-470-B.
Hope this helps. Might help to make a sketch and label the 5 headbolts on each side.
