Make real sure ALL bolts are out. they tend to stick.
easy way is to reinstall a couple of bolts and pry it up (bolts keep it from falling off)

I see 4 bolts that conect the excused to header how can i take bolts off with out stripping them

Soak them generously and often with penetrating oil. Be prepared to "split" them using a bolt splitter or cut them with a saw if you have to. You want to avoid breaking the studs off at all costs. If you break them, who-ever ends up fixing them will still charge you for the complete job plus extra for breaking the bolts which makes the job harder.

I ordered BBK full length headers for my 2007 SRT8 6.1L Hemi Charger. Will they bolt up to OEM specs and have 02 sensor slots just as the stock headers do. Do I need to modify anything or get additional...

Should bolt to the head the same maybe go to studs in engine if possible. The O2 sensor needs to be inthe same distance fromthe head as before. If the sensor area needs to be removed from your system to put in the headers then drill a hole in the collector area and weld in a nut, then screw in the sensor as before

you have to unbolt the exhaust header and the two bolts under that, pull the radiator out so there is room to pull the exhaust header of the head, and let it drop down to get the two bolts out your talking about

How can i replace the gasket between the engine and the header? I am specifically worried about over tightening the bolts on the head I have a torque wrench but I dont know how many lbs of force to use?

No torque wrench needed, although you can. Make sure the exhaust manifold isn't cracked, they're a known problem.Just tighten them with a 3/8" ratchet until snug, then go about a quarter turn more, done! When tightening, stagger the bolts,in other words, don't just go across, tighten each corner to snug first, then the center bolts, then do the final quarter turn.

Engine Swap - 1997 Cavalier RS 2.2L

To get a higher compression ratio you can do one of three things.Get domed pistons with valve recesses, mill the block or the easiest mill the head.Take a few thousandths off the head at a REPUTABLE machine shop and bolt it up but make damn good and sure your valves will clear the pistons while at TDC (Top Dead Center) before you mill that head and check after it's milled with the head torqued down, otherwise you'll do all that work only to destroy ALL of the valves AND pistons!Boring it out will ONLY add to your displacement ie. CID/CC/L maybe from 2.2 to 2.3 or so depending on wether or not you go .030 or .060 over if it will handle it.Then larger pistons and rings to match. That will help with the HP pluss mill the head to get 10:1 compression and run 93 octance and she'll purr nicely.Throw in a header,a good exhaust, highflow cat and muffler, knock off the AC compressor, cold air intake and she'll be top notch.Don't know if they make roller rockers for these or not.It really all depends on how far you want to go with it.Hope it helped and good luck boss!!!
