See if the engine mounts are ok, or change the suspensions, fully.

The front end of my 99 chevy van shakes between 40 n 65 mph. i got my tires balenced, sway bar n tire rod, but it still shakes...what could it b?

I'm sure you have already had tires balanced and rotated but figured I would make sure. The other thing you could check are your control arms/Bearings and/ pitman arm. There is also the small possibility that it could be your shocks.Hope this points you in the right direction.

When I get up to 60 mph I have a shaking in my front end . I think my tires my have to be balenced but what else can couse this problem

Yes you are right, at the same time have your shocks checked and while they are balancing the tyres make sure the rims are not buckled/damaged

WHat happens when you don't repair instument cluster, gas gauge not working, RPM's not working and tires are out of balence

nothing happens if your dont repair the instrument cluster you just wont have the gauges that dont work and it dont cost that much to have your tires balenced.

My alignment never holds. seems to have bad memory steer. I have had this problow since day 1 and it now has 50k miles. going on 3rd set of tires due to bad cupping and chopping. Tires always are rotated

90% of cupping is caused by static or dynamic imbalances of the tire. Basically a good wheel balencing should cure that.
Incorrect Ride height usually causes reduced directional stability as well as camber caster problems with ball joints Steering knuckle may be bent this can cause memory steer. its hard to say without a visual inspection but these are the area I would focus on.

Vibration in the front end over 100 kph

Most likely your tires. Tires are usually the issue with speed related vibration issues. How old and how many miles/kilometers do you have on your tires and what make and model are they? Check for flat spots and bulges, even when properly balanced unevenly worn tires can give you bad shaking. If you have other noises or more severe indications at slower speeds.

Front end wobble

Have the tires been removed from the rim and rim spun on balencer to check how straight the bead surface is ? Strut Leaking fluid ? Ball joint or Tie rod bad ? wheel bearing wobble ?
