You would have to take everything out of the way by slowly unscrewing each part but make sure you know any and all screws go at when you try to put it back together but also too any wires or hoses if any. I am guessing that your talking about a 3 belts not Velts. This is a timely matter project to get done and may take between 4 to 10 hours and it depends how mechanically you are but make sure that you do not damage or use a hammer to break a bolt from being tight because you can damage something else that you will have to replace. I know because I had to take off my starter off my car which I had to get underneath my car to get to the starter myself Fun job. Just make sure if this is your first time to really take your time and you will know the next time because the hands on experience faster way but too you can put down on paper a diagrams yourself the parts your taking off and the bolts so this will help you when putting it back together.

Replace idler pully on 92 Nissan. Pathfinder 4~4

Looks like there is an idler pulley for the ac belt. The alternator and ps belts are adjusted by moving the components.
The pulley is available without the bracket, so you should be able to loosen the center bolt without removing the bracket. There is an adjusting bolt or rod that you turn to tighten or loosen the belt once you have loosened the bolts for the bracket.

How to replace power steering belt on 97 nissan maxima

to take it off get a 3/4 rachet and it fits into the tens. pully. push it down and the belt will come loose make sure you hold it. with the other hand remove it off of any pully normaly the idler pully will be best one to use then when you have it off that pully slowly easy up on the rachet and remove so you can take the belt off. then you will see a pic of how the belt should look when you replace the new one and remember how it looked before always helps too

I think my alternator belt is loose and im and trying to figure out how to tighten it.

there should be a pully in front of the axle next to the ac compressor that has a 14mm head/ nut lossen this 3 full turns the look at the top of this pully and you will see a 14mm nut that is used to tighten and loosen the belt. lefty loosey righty tighty.

2006 nissan sentra does not start on first crank there is also a squeeling sound when it starts. Battery has been replaced twice in one year. Fuel pump has also been replaced.

Check the belt tension pully (how close are the two dot/mark)?

Change belt.

Check alternator for output 13.8V to 14.2V

Check for ripple alternating voltage from worn/old alternator.

Test for 0.1 volt ac at 1500 rpm

Any reading over 0.1 Volt ac is a fail alternator.

Describe your 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Problem HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO CHANGE FRONT CRANK SEAL?

it's not too bad to change, you will need a special tool to remove the crank pully, it looks like a 3 jaw puller and once you get that off the seal is right behind it. Make sure to clean the crank pully shaft that goes through the seal with a piece of emery cloth to prevent leakage and coat it with either transmission assembly lube or a small amount of motor oil to prevent a dry start that can damage the seal again

How do i change a fan belt on a colbalt

you need a 3/8 socket that fits into the side of the pully.Pull counter clockwise until belt starts to colapse. Remove belt , install in reverse.Note the space between the the pully slot opening and the side of the car is only 3/4 inch wide. I had to make my own tool in a weld shop that would fit. Im, sure those GM dough heads have the right tool.
