1995 GMC yukon 5.7 350 whenever you start it up and drive it smoke's everyonce in awhile you will hear the rockers chatter can you re tourqe those like a diesel tuneup? also while driving down the road sometime's you loose your RPM gauge and your speed gauge but everything else works? not a fuse already check the problem comes and goes

My 1995 Yukon is reading hot but I do not see any smoke under hood when I turn it off, I just had thermostat changed and still same problem?

well you might have an intake manifold leak or teh heater hose niple that goes in the intake these are the most common coolant leaks on these engines.
