Question about 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara 4WD

Open Question

Hi my 2008 2.7 V6 grand vitara front differential got leak on the Shafting portion of the gearbox. i already sent it to the suzuki service center and they replace the Oil seal but the coupling hub has scar that why they recommend to send it to machine shop for re-sleeving. after re-sleeving & install it, they pour gear oil up to extent the oil spill at the filler plug hole & they immediately close it. After i drove the car for almost 50 km i check the front differential again if there is sign of leak surprisingly I so little drop lets. Is this a cause of too much gear oil pour on the gearbox? & pressure has no space on the gear that why the oil forcedly leak out on new seal. Hope you can give me advice on this. Thank you

hello and greetings. you did not say what driveline options
were purchase when car was new. so, can not answer.
but if car is PT 4wd, I can. if not get it fixed, by any 4wd shop.

the car is full time 4wd or AWD ?
PT:
the Part time 4wd must not be driving on dry pavement.
so drive to dirt or grass or ice and then shift back to 2wd

there is a TSB from Suzuki on wind up.

exceptions?
sure , the 2004 options statement here. and the rules for PT 4wd.
http://www.fixkick.com/part-time-test.html

Suzuki Grand Vitara/Escudo -full-time 4WD using limited-slip center differential, off-road 4WD with selectable center differential lock and low range transfer case 4 mode (4h, 4h lock, 4l n), traction control and electronic stability control
Suzuki offered as an option AWD for Grand Vitara's in 2004 (XL7 too) Some Suzuki AWD you can not use lock on dry pavement, so read the operators guide carefully.

suzuki sells the operators guide if lost,
$4 day pass
$25 for full pdf.

Where to locate my DPFE sensor on suzuki vitara

2000 Vitara. what engine.
Delta/Differential Pressure Feedback EGR Sensor
1.6L 16V I4 GAS
2.0L J20A I4 GAS
2.5L H25A V6 GAS
2.0L RF/RHZ/RHW Turbodiesel I4

which engine? that be 1st,
to fix engines, you need to know that and 10x for parts buys.

on my GAS, VIT 2.5L
its top rear center. of engine.
part 18 , seen on page 28 here
http://www.fixkick.com/engine/2.5L%202004%20Tracker/25L-2004-engine.pdf

its just a map/baro sensor used to test EGR.
if the tube is clean, it rarely fails.
it monitors the pressure drop, when the main EGR opens.
of P04xx DTC errrors (got those>)

Why does the e-brake light come on when i accelerate my 2008 grand vitara?

probably need to add a little brake fluid to the reservoir--it's in the engine compartment just in front of you. Brake fluid level decreases normally as front brakes wear. If it uses too much, check all wheels for a leak.
