SOURCE: break lights

This sounds like a brake light switch. It could be as simple as a lose wire or bad brake light switch. These are located under the dash at the top of the brake peddle arm.

If it is only one side, it is probably the motor. If it is both sides, it is likely an electrical issue to the switch, or a bad switch.

Ok heres whats going on i jumped a car with my ford thunderbird and its a 95 now the dash board lights the ashtray light and where u shift from revese forward and so forth are not lighting up and also out...

Most likely it is just a blowen fuse...Your fuse box should have a digram on the back of it and tell you what fuse it is and whattege.....also if you have a book on your car "owners man.) it will have the fuse digram in there and tell you what fuse to replace good luck to you.

My 95 Ford thunderbird is locked in park and the brake lights are not coming when i hit the brake, i've changed all the fuses and still nothing what else can i do?

Sounds like you need to replace the brake light switch "just above the pedal". It also commands the park lock solenoid to release.
