have you check the fuel pump relay in the engine bay fuse box.?? the pump is a sealed unit you cannot open one to look at. pump is it the fuel tank wiring on the top of the tank feeds power to the pump from the relay in the engine bay. fuel pump has a fuse this can be in the same place or another box usually around the 10amp rating but can be 20amp on some models of pumps.

Why does my fuel relay fuse keep blowing?l999 Ford F 350 7.3

There's a short to ground in the circuit, probably in the harness at the tank or inside the tank. You could unplug the connector at the tank and recheck it.

1987 Chevy silverado gauge / idle fuse keeps blowing

The 20amp ga/idle fuse powers a hot fuel module which powers the oil pressure switch, the fuel pump relay, and the fuel gauge in the tank.
Any of the four components including the fuel pump can blow the fuse.

Fuel pump fuse keeps blowing on my 95 Crown Vic

Using a smaller fuse should make the problem happen more often.
A mechanic would unplug the pump harness at the tank and check the circuit for high resistance or a short to ground.
If nothing is found in the harness, I would suspect the pump in the tank.

2002 intrepid 2.7 Im getting no crank from the starter and I dont hear the fuel pump kicking on when the ignition key is turned on, I do get power to the radio and dash, Ive checked fuses and replaced...

Under the hood, there should be a fuse block. Remove the cover and there will be a 20amp(i think) fuse that protects the fuel pump and starter circuit. I've run into this problem many times and every time it ends up being the starter that blows the fuse.

A wire going to that fuse may be grounding out somewhere in the car causing fuse to blow. Other than that Im not really sure what to tell you.
