Looks like your computer is detecting a transmission/transaxle problem. Have you had your filter changed in the tansmission yet? Are you a little low on transmission fluid? Is the transmission fluid high like it's overfilled? Is your transmission fluid brownish and smell burnt? Just a couple of things you might need to look at. You may or even should take it to a reputible transmission shop and have them run a scan on it to see what the problem is. I know this doesn't seem like much help to you at this point and time but I would have it taken care of before any damage may happen.

2003 ford taurus dash lights wont come on,windows wont go up and it wont start no power

I would start by checking the fuses in the fuse panel. On the 2003 Taurus it is below and to the left of the steering wheel near the brake pedal.

Over sixty mph engine grabs and tach revs? took it to a tranny expert and he said it may be the coil pack?

Not a coil pack at 60 mph

If the tach revs at any speed, your not
locked to the crankshaft

Your tranny guy knows that

Your coming out of torque converter lock-up
or out off gear.

Bad brake switch or if it is only at 60 mph
I would look at speed sensor data, wiring etc.

Get a new guy that knows how to diagnose
a motor vehicle

95 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 Speedometer jumps 10 mph back and forth after I reach 60 mph. Is it the speed sensor? If so where is it located on this model?

Your Taurus is cable driven, go between the firewall and engine and there will be a cable connector with spring clips holding the cable housings into it remove the clip holding the lower cable, slip them apart and try to pull the cable up, lubricate it and reinstall, twist the cable as it gets seated into the drive. The problem may go away after a few miles, if it don't- lube upper cable or do both at once if your comfortable with it. However the upper one may need to pull the dash, when you put the dash back in be very careful of the connectors! This worked for us on 2 different cars! Both 95's. Good luck.

Yellow engine symbol appeared on the dashboard of my 2005 Ford Taurus.

The engine shaped dash warning icon/symbol represents the "Check Engine Light", CEL for short.
It could be because of several things that can make the light come on. Perform a scan on the car and identify the error codes . Autozone can scan the codes for free.

Nooise coming from beside intake

That would be your mass airflow sensor, it usually makes a slight noise, nothing to worry about.

It is just a plastic pillar shaped sensor that runs in the direct center of the pipe.

As I said, nothing to worry about.
