Re: refrigerate 134 kit
The hook up for the kit is closest to the ac condenser.there will be a black cap on it that you have to remove to hook up the line for the refrigerant and you must have the vehicle running with the air on to recharge it properly, there should be paperwork with the refrigerant that tells you the reading you need to show the system full etc.

Pep Boys, Autozone, Advanced Auto, Napa, most all the major auto parts stores carry a recharge kit...a few Wal Marts even carry them---Or you can buy them online fom Amazon, Ebay, etc...
In most kits you'll find a can of refrigerant, a flexible rubber hose and a pressure gauge. Follow the instructions in the package to assemble the pressure gauge part of the kit. Usually you'll have the hose already attached to the gauge, such as this one.
Follow low side aluminum pipe to connector remove plastic cover,134 refrigerant Kits come with a quick connect that will ONLY attach to the low side . Follow kit instructions on can and attatch hose then twist top valve stem puncture can exactly as described. back out valve to relaese refrigerant in line .. Rock can top to bottom as it flows into running engine compressor Must be running !
LOW PRESSURE PORT HAS A BLUE CAP ON IT.MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING REFRIGERANT R-134 BLUE CHARGE HOSE.R-12 CHARGING HOSE WILL NOT FIT R-134 SYSTEMS.SEE YOUR CAR HAS R-134 REFRIGERANT SYSTEM. THE EARLY 90S CARS HAVE R-12 REFRIGERANT SYSTEM.YOU NEED R-134 CHARGE HOSE SET.
R-134 coolant - not called Freon anymore - also pick up a recharge kit with a guage - do not over charge system! Try AutoZone or Advance - expect to pay around $25. Also, make your own leak test fluid from dish detergent and water. Put sdolution arounf all A/C fittings - you should not see any bubbles. If you do, then there's a leak and recharging the system will not last.
You will need to have the electronics tested to see what codes have been stored. There can be numerous reasons for the transmission to shift funny. Could be a wiring issue or sensor. You will have to get it tested to perform proper diagnostics. Good Luck
