Why taillights will not work when I turn my lights on. However they work when I brake so i know it is not the light bulbs. Also my turn signals do not work even though my hazards do.

Tail lights and brake lights are two seperate things . There are different bulbs for each. When you put your lights on does the front parK lights com on ? Usually the are on the same circuit as the tail lights. Check for fuse first.

Brake warning light stays on always

Have you checked the fluid level in the brake reservoir?
It may not look low-- but it could be just low enough to activate the brake warning light.
Top it up the correct cold level.
