Question about 1999 GMC Suburban
Welcome to Fixya
First thin you need to check if all turn signal bulbs are working (Front and back). Replace the bulb if one of them is not working. If all bulbs are OK, locate the flasher unit under the dash by turning on flasher and feel flasher unit clicking. the turn flasher unit looks ths same and is close to the signal flash unit and may be interchangable. switch the 2 units and see if the turn flashers work now and replace faulty flash unit.
