Hi there?
Have you changed the glow plugs and are they getting power (12 volts) when the ignition is turned on.

    hi!
sorry, but as i said common problems all checked out good.injectors, glow plugs, fuel delivery system, compression, battery, split hoses and inlet pipes,MAF cleaned ,no dtc code show up.
but here is something.the butterfly on inlet manifold is fully open,if i close it manually as i am starting the car and than let it swing open the car fires up in that moment.can someone figure this out?

Ok thanks for your reply. Sounds like the vacume actuator for the throtle is not woking. when the engine is off , there is NO vacume, so the throttle should be shut due to the force of the spring iside the vacume actuator. when the engine turns over with the throttle shut, the vacuum is created and the actuator reacts to the vacuume and pull the throtle open.
You can test the vacuum actuator by connecting a vacume pump to the actuator. When the air is sucked out of the actuator it should force the throttle to open. When there is no vacume the throttle should close. I hope this helps. Good luck

the liklihood isnt hi, most tdci engines are very reliable, as for the intercooler packing up i dont see that happening with normal use, blow by would be the only thing that would really worry you but a car this young wouldnt have issues. i think that you would be happy with the car and if you keep the services up like the previous owner the car will show you no problems :)
