Rear A/c line is broke or has leak. Front & rear links are seperate. I had same issues. Had rear line replaced. I think parts was $100 and labor close to that.

SOURCE: Rear AC no air flow.

Sounds like you need to recharge the system its probably low on r-134a. AC only works if it has enough pressure in the system. Go to the auto parts store and pick up a refill kit. If you don't know how to do it ask the parts guy to help you.

SOURCE: Knock Sensor installation for 2003 Honda Pilot

I don't know where the knock sensor is exactly on this engine, but if you buy the replacement first it will help you identify it.

It's screwed into the block near the head or the head itself. It has an electrical connector attached to it (two wires, I believe).

The replacement is pretty simple: remove the electrical connector from the old one; screw it out with a wrench; screw the new one in and; plug the connector onto it.

Either buy the honda part 80 bucks, or you can buy a resistor and fix it yourself for about 10 bucks. Details in the link above.

I have a 2003 Honda Pilot and the rear air conditioning is not working i went to the dealer and they said it was the rear air sensor and they said it was in the center console. where in the center console...

If you look at your center console, you'll notice that there is an air vent on the back, facing the second row seats. This is where the rear air conditioning can be manually controlled by passengers in the rear of the Pilot...and where the air sensor is. To access it, you'd need to take apart your center console.

How to replace serpentine belt on pilot 2003

On the 2003 Pilot you should have two belts, one for your power steering unit and one for your ac/alternator.
Not a great pic, but I think you can see the routing:

Fan motor for cooling rear of 2003 pilot not operating

Center console need not be removed. Right side kick panel needs to be popped out, exposing the fan motor assebly. There are 3 screws securing the assembly to the duct. Remove the screws using a flathead screwdriver, unplug the unit and pull it out. The challenge will be finding a replacement motor, as they are not sold anywhere other than the dealerships (at an outrageous price)
