Barely but they do fit. If you went to 275's then you would be having other problems

you need to understand how tire measurements work.

P245 = the width (245mm)
75 = Ratio of the Width or 75% of the Width
16 - Tire Rim Size

so the height is the issue, the wider the tires, you start to have another problem.

Width for turning
Height for Bottoming out

Why dose my not swb Pajero lean to right approx 15 mm, (viewed from rear on level ground)

the torsion bar on that side may need some extra tension by adjusting the bolt ( torsion bars )
the coil spring may need replacing as they can sag ( if coil springs )
check for same size tires all round
the size you will be checking is the middle figure on the tires
for example :- 205/ 95 r 16 --it is the 95 that has to be the same because if that dimension is smaller say 205/ 65 r 16 that difference will dip the car in that direction

Will 225/65 R16 tires fit on my 2004 chevy impala LS?

If your 2004 Impala has 16" wheels on it...these are a perfect fit for your Impala suspension, and tire clearance and performance...you can read the sidewall tire size on your car to confirm the 16" wheel size...the tire will read just like your replacement tire 225/65/16...many came with these...I will check factory specs if you will respond...Thanks.

Will a 225/70 r16 fit a 2007chevy impala

As long as the Impala has 16" wheels on it. The tires will be a little big but should work if replaced as a set of 4.

Can you replace 205/55/r16 tires with 225/60/r16 tires on a 2004 Saturn Ion 3

Yes the new tires will fit, but being the new tires are larger slight rubbing may happen when you turn sharp.

Tire size on my vehicle 225/75/R16 that needs to be replaced. I have access to 235/70/R16, can I put these on?

225 is the width of tread
75 is the profile(thickness of tyre from the wheel to the road)
R is radial(you knew that)
16 is the wheel size it will fit
so ...1cm wider...5mm thinner...
your speedo will read faster by about 2mph...
fit em anyway...

I have a Jeep 1994, tires are (P235/75 R15) Want

I did a quick calculation and found that the 245/70R-16s are 29.50 inches in diameter and a little more than 9.6 inches wide. The max for a stock ZJ is 30 inches diameter and about 10 inches wide; so they might rub a little, both on the LCAs during a tight turn and the wheelwell during full compression.

They will give you another inch or so ground clearance than the 245/70R-15s you have now. However, the lug pattern for the 16 in rims might not match; the stock ZJ pattern is 5 on 4.5 inches. You might have to use adaptor spacers to match the lug pattern on the 16in rim, which might be a good thing; the spacers will keep the tires off the LCAs.

Good luck (remember rated this post).

Will 265/75 r16 tires fit on 2000 chevy silverado

Well I would say yes if it is the new body style and 4x4.Even 2WD you may have to turn up the torsion bars then get the front end aligned. The rims don't matter how tall just wide.I have 2002 4x4 1500 with that size, but not sure what was stock on mine.I also installed the after market torsion keys that will allow for up to 33"tires.Well hope this helps and good luck.

Tire and Rim Problem

It appears that you have the wrong size wheels on the rear (17). Standard tire size on that vehicle is 265/75/16. You all so have a full size spare. Keep in mind that if this is a 4 wheel drive vehicle, damage to the drivetrain can result if you continue to drive with diffrent size tires.
