The Torque Converter Clutch Circuit is part of the INTERNAL Transmission solenoid and is failing. You can reset the light and if it comes on, then take note if your transmission is shifting properly. When it starts to fail, you will know but it is an ELECTRICAL SOLENOID that is causing the issue and is a $300-$450 repair.

You need transmission repair.
That P0743 for ford is a diagnostic trouble code is set when the Engine Management Computer (EMC) also known as the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and also known as the Engine Control Module (ECM) detects a fault with the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid electrical circuit, which is contained inside the transmission.

This is a common GM Problem. The automatic torque converter clutch circuit is located inside the ****** and helps with smoother shifting. If it is faulty unplug the harness until the clutch circuit is repaired
