Check the crank sensor wiring harness. pull on the wires a bit, to see if it will crank over. it should be against the firewall in back of engine. its a 3 wire connector. they are prone to fail.if wire harness is bad, replace it. hope this helps!!

if all is ok, check for a bad ignition switch. the switch supplies about 50% of the engine power. If the headlights and dashboard lights go on but the vehicle doesn't start, this is another clear sign of a bad ignition switch. Since it is the battery and not the ignition switch that turns on the headlights, if the engine won't turn on but the headlights and dashboard lights will, your problem is most likely caused by an ignition switch.
A bad ignition switch can cause a vehicle with power to not produce any noise from the starter when the vehicle's keys are in the "Start" position.

Car wont accelerate past 22 mph

what code are you getting ? I would start there and what are you refering to as D10 ???. have you checked your catylic convertor to see if possibly plugged, loosen exhaust at exhaust manifold or pull your O2 sensors out, this will cause an exhaust leak but will relieve some pressure on exhaust to see if this is indeed the exh. plugged. then drive it and see if it made a difference in shifting and power. Good Luck

Coil misfiring

Well, it should be good practice to clean the connectors on the coil first with an electrical connections cleaner spray bottle and then reset the malfunction code. This will erase the code on the ECU. If the coil is malfunctioning the light will go on again.

No spark 1990 jeep cheroke

take your ignition module to a car shop, the shops i know all have these testers.
i do think its faulty but get it tested.
i test them by using an oscilliscope, very expensive.
if not sure i then tset the phase sensor, i dont think you can as im sure a multimeter wont go low enough
on module, you have a 12 volt supply, earth, then phase signal, then a 5 volt amplified comes out.
get a meter and stick on to low tension on coil.
12 volt when on
5 up and down when cranking.
if very low it is the module or power to module
more likely module.
if in doubt get back to me.
