This may just be a sensor issue. Check the sensor found at the break hub. You should see wires leading to it. The sensor may just need cleaning or there is a loose or bad wire somewhere or a bad sensor could have been causing the problem.

The light is a warning that the ABS system has a problem even though you haven't any brake symtoms. The system is off line and won't function when it's called for. You will have to have the system scanned to find the fault if you decide to look into it.

ABS and handbrake light beeps while driving

ABS warns you about a problem in your ABS System starting from the fuse, or relay and the other light is not for the hand break ! it's warning you about your break PADS.
So change your break pads and check your ABS system functionality.

1.Why is my break light indicator on dashboard on even when break is not engaged.Note,my break is active and fluid level is ok. 2. Why is my ABS light on and refused go off from dashboard.

Because you have a problem in the ABS system . With the light being on there is a DTC -diagnostic trouble code stored in the ABS control module . EBCM - electronic brake control module . The red brake light also will come on with ABS problem . If you are unfamiliar with this I suggest you take your vehicle to a ASE certified repair facility that is .

Abs and traction control dash lites come on and off at various time..sometimes never come on

Your abs and traction control lights should only come on when you start to slide while breaking(ABS), and when your wheels spin in place when excelerating(TC). If those 2 things don't happen, which with some people they never do, you should never see the lights come on. Only when those mechanisms are in use do the lights come on. And they will always flicker as that is what abs and tc are, intermitant surges to break up the constant. ABS does this for obvious reasons...anti lock break, so when you slide, the abs "taps" the breaks in short bursts so they don't lock up. TC "taps" the exclelrator when it slips. Those "taps" are what trigger the lights on your dash, which is why they flicker and don't stay on.

Is there any relationship between RTV BA faclon ute ABS light on dash and break light globe not working

No no relationship. The abs light can come on for a lot of reasons (Sensor, non abs disc fitted (should be on all the time), plug connections, broken wire in harness, ABS module etc... But the module is a common problem. They normaly get a dry joint inside. My sugestion would be test the sensors at the module plug. I know which pins on an AU but unsure if same. If you decide to replace module & it fixes it pull the cover off the old module & look inside for a dry solder joint (broken or missing solder) can work sometimes & not others causeing intermitent fault. If found just pop some solder on it and keep it for a spare.

My breaks make a loud huming noise. not the break pads but it sounds like it is a booster problem or something to do with the abs system. the abs light stays on and the break peddle feels good in light...

Well I faced the same problem in a Mercedes one time, I though it was from the brakes and I checked the abs and everything, Drove me nuts. But after a while I found out that it was the differential that made that crazy noise. So try to jack your rear wheels and Inspect the differential by letting the car run in drive and have someone to Push the brakes for you while you do the inspection and dont forget to support the car with stands. Maybe the differential is low on oil or some other issues. Hope this helps.

Abs and traction contol light up

I'd have the brake accumulator checked. Try this. From a cold start, e.g., an overnight stop, release the handbrake (as it also operates the dash berake light), start the engine, and time how long it takes for the brake light on the instrument panel to go out. If it's up near 45 seconds, your accumulator is probably on the way out. They do fail after some years.

Abs light emergency light stay on

Hi, You should check for a sligt break fluid leak from the break light switch (attacked to the master cylinder). Yeah, I know this seems strange, but on my 2001 this leak caused all types of problems with lots of dashboard indicators. The leaking switch was a recall for Ford Trucks, but not the minivans. Hope this helps
