Question about 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
Either you are running an aftermarket stereo with too much power for the OEM speakers, or your OEM radio has malfunctioned and there is stray voltage getting to the speakers. in the prior case you need to upgrade your speakers, in the latter case you need to look around and find a replacement used working OEM radio. used OEM radios can be had on eBay, at junkyards, at stereo install shops, and by looking around on craagslist, to name a few.
look on youtube.com for videos of folks pulling a dashboard, console, stereo, or speaker replacement on your vehicle. Or you can buy a repair manual which can be had on CD for about 5 bucks on eBay.
