If you mean the fuel pump please keep in mind the pump is only powered when the engine is cranking over or running of course.

Started once no nothing nopower to fuel pump and no fire to plug

What is your year--make--model? It didn't post for some reason? I can't look anything up w/o that info.
Make sure the battery has a full charge.
Usually if no fuel pump--no spark at the plugs and no fuel injector pulse, I want to check for rpm signal, that comes from the crank sensor. Some makes and models the computer needs to see both the cam and crank sensor signals or it won't start.
Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction.

Black or white smoke? Black is too much fuel. Injectors or seals. White is air in the fuel system. Check the entire system for leaks

1993 dodge dakota v8 4x4 runs bad when engine get up to opperating temp.. the truck runs great for about two miles then starts to miss and has nopower. fuel pump went bad I replaced it. the crank sensor...

Sounds very much like catalytic is fouled, blocked.. Works fine when cold, then bogs down and even stalls when heats up. May start and idle but wont go when you press gas.
Did this come on worse over a couple three days? I would get the cat checked for flow.

Car running badly

do your basics, check water in the fuel, loose intake clamps including turbo lines. maybe try a fuel additive to increase cetane rating. . most fuel sold in the US has a lower cetane rating

Fuel system

The fuel pressure regulator does have a history of leaking allowing fuel to be sucked into the engine causing a flooding concern. This can be checked by getting the vehicle up to normal temp, turning it off and removing the rubber hose that goes to the regulator ( located on the fuel rail closest to the front of the vehicle). While watching the nipple on the side of the regulator you should see fuel begin to come out of it. I have seen it pour out so be carefull, it is a possible fire hazard.
