First check to ensure the window locks are not on. If they are on simply turn them off and that should resolve your problem. However, I know there are situations in which if you had the battery disconnect it will cause this. Consequently disconnecting the battery can also fix the situation and then follow the below instructions. Or try the passenger side window switch first.

  1. Reconnect the battery terminal or fuse.

  2. Turn ON the ignition switch.

  3. Lower the window of each door halfway or more with the power window switch.

  4. Then close the window fully with the power window switch.

  5. Do not release the switch for at least 2 seconds after the window is fully closed.

Thanks

How to replace a 2006 scion blower motor

cab heater a/c blower?
did you apply 12vdc to it directly and its dead>?
scion not corolla (corolla is easy)
tc,xa or xb>>>> no clue, so will look at tc.

but no matter what, i hot wire the blower, first. everyone does.
and the FSm too, it tells you step by step how to do the test.
sorry if all this is old hat, most here dont know this.....
if the blower works hot wired, its good.

ok the FSM covers this job, getone.
or, login in to alldata.com and read how.
that is what we do, so we can plan our time.

TC
. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL WARNING Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation. 2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
  • Remove the instrument panel sub-assembly upper
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER
  • Remove the instrument panel sub-assembly lower
4. REMOVE ECM
5. REMOVE AIR DUCT
6. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

it looks like the blower just drops out the bottom, did you look?
it has 3 screws hold the motor assy to the main casing.
and the plug is there pin 2 is hot, pin 1 is ground
hot wire pin 2.
facing motor, with conn, at 12pm, pin 2 is LEFT.
the FSM shows a photo of that. and the full steps.

both windows use fuse # 32 located under dash, so if drivers side works, then you might need to check on motor to passenger side, if it works from drivers side check on switch to see if the plug is in the switch

How do you install a side mirror on a 2006 scion tc

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. You can then remove the bolts holding the mirror down and disconnect the wires
