Is the problem only one side spins. If so on most 4x4 only one side will spin moat of the time. Unless you have a locker up front.

I need to adjust my high and low beam on my 2010 Chevy Colorado, how do I go by doing it?

You should really take it to a garage. They have a board which is placed a certain distance in front of the vehicle and the lights are adjusted to hit a certain spot. Low beams aim low and to one side, on a left hand drive car, to the right kerb. The high beams are straight and ahead, and pitched a certain distance. If you look at the rear or the light units which are accessed inside the engine bay, you will see there are two screw adjustments one to the side and one above or below. One is height up and down. The other is left and right.

My light problem is i have low beam on right side no low on left side i turn highs on and right side goes out and high on left turns on then when back to lows beams and i pull turn signal to flash high...

If you have separate bulbs for the low and high beams(4 light system), if you pull the turn signal and hold it, all 4 lights will stay on until you release the turn signal. You need to replace the bright bulb on the right side and the low bulb on the left side. If your headlights only have one bulb on each side, then you will have to replace both of them to get everything to work.

How do you adjust the headlights on a 1997 chevy blazer (S-10) 4WD.

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator support.

You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.

1997 Hyundai Accent is acting funny in the headlight department. At first my day-time running lights didn't work and low, high, and flashers were fine. Now, day-time running lights work, high beams work,...

There's only one relay, but two fuses, both located in the underhood fuse/relay box.

53ee18a.jpg Sounds like you have a wiring problem since sometime the left works and the right doesn't, then the right works then the left doesn't. Might be the multi-function switch on the steering column in combination with the connector M10-1, EM01, SE14 & 16.

My head light are real low how do i raise them?

There are adjusting screws on the headlight mounts, three of them I think. You may need a torx or allen wrench. Shine your low beams at the garage door or something and make the adjustments. Be careful not to let the low beams shine in other drivers' eyes. When you think it is right, park at night where you can walk in front of the car 100 feet or so and see that the low beams are not too high. The driver side light should point straight ahead, the passenger side light somewhat to the right.
