Question about 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer Ext
Could be a few things. First I would check the oil to ensure the engine is not being starved by oil. That can be done by popping the hood, pulling out the dipstick, wiping it, then putting it back in and pulling it out to get a reading. If it is low on oil that is what will cause the light. However, if the oil level is fine it could be another cause such as bad piston rings, in which you would want someone to check your compression to ensure it is in spec.
