Do you have the V8 engine?

You must have the V8 engine. The I6 doesn't have 2 belts. The smaller one that broke is for the A/C compressor. You're good to go drive it, just leave the A/C off while driving, no harm done and not a lot of money to replace it. Remember, while using the Defrost, this runs th A/C also to dry the air, so keep this off too.

How to put serpitine belt back with out connecting ac

If you are trying to bypass the AC pump or you are installing the belt on a non AC equipped model you will need to get the correct belt for the models equipped without AC (it will be shorter in length)

2003 trailblazer, ac not working (compressor not coming on nor the belts turning). The outside temp gauge says it is 3 degrees F when it is actually 90+. Is this a sensor switch problem?

Mine did this once. The entire AC control panel was dead as if it was disconnected.
I made it start work again by reseating the AC fuse in the fuse box under the back seat.
Go figure...

I have a whining noise at at speeds over 30 mph and in park if u rev the engine also at the same time no a/c

You need to inspect your Serpentine Belt. That is the ribbed belt <see diagram below> that is driven by the engine's Main Pulley at the crank (generally, lower part of the engine). The smooth side usually drives the water pump, while the ribbed side drives the alternator, power steering pump, and air conditioning compressor. Inspect this belt and look for obvious signs of oil (slick stains) that have dripped onto the belt from another part of the engine. If you have oil stains, then you will need to get the source of the oil leak fixed before replacing the belt because you would otherwise be throwing money away as a new belt would soon experience problems due to the oil leak. If no oil leak, check for obvious wear on the belt by looking for BIG cracks that are penetrating through to the smooth side of the belt, cracks parallel to the smooth side of the belt, or chunks missing from the ribbed side of the belt <see diagram below, though the bottom diagram shows cracks perpendicular to the backing that are normal/acceptable; Parallel cracks soon become chunks missing from the belt>

Serpintine belt on replacement on 2002 chevy trailblazer

You should not have to take off your fan or your shroud to replace the belt. Its all under a tensioner pulley you have to put a 18 mm wrench on and pull towards the inside and you should see the belt loosen up enough to take belt off.
