Question about 1993 Cadillac Seville
Disconnect ground cable ,charge battery untill its fully charged, turn everything off in car ,even shut door ,(with window down )touch cable on battery ,if its pulling power ,find out where, pull fuse to alarm system if possible, good luck

Sounds like a ground or positive wire problem. Check all connections If this is a 4.9 you may have a bad ign module.
