Question about Chevrolet El Camino
Yes it possible that vacuum leak is there or vacuum hose is loose in the engine compartment. But there are many other possibilities too. That are, low coolant, faulty coolant temperature sensor.Faulty spark plugs, Other possibility--- what's causing your car to run sluggishly when it's hot is that it's pulling in hotter air. when the air temp outside the car gets hot, the air under the hood gets even hotter than normal. And this causes the problem.Get the fuel pressure checked. In some cases its seen that faulty fuel pump gets expended in warn weather and this causes fuel pump to loose its pressure and fuel delivery gets slow and this causes the car engine to run sluggish. Also get the air intake pipe.------------
this should help.thanks.Helpmech.
