There is no computer that control the blinker. There is only switches, flashers and wiring.

Flasher relays relies on bulb wattage for the speed of the blink.
You probably just have a blown bulb in the left rear blinker.:)

You have an electrical short somewhere in the system. I would bring it to the Dodge dealer as these type of electrical problems are known to drive your average shade tree mechanic up a tree!

Blinker wont click/blink

If the right side works correctly than you have a burnt out bulb on the left side. Compare the bulbs that are blinking on the right side to the bulbs that are not blinking on the left side. You should be able to figure out what bulb is not working.

When I apply the brakes on my car my blinkers stop working, and just now I realized if I turn the left signal on the right blinker turns on along with the window brake light, but then when i turn the right...

Sounds like a bad ground connection, probably in the back. You'll need to find the bad connection. Or if you can figure out which wire is the ground wire, connect it via a new ground wire to the body.

Blinkers don't work: When I use my blinkers to

The right blinker issue sounds like you have one bulb out either front or rear check them both. The left blinker issue sounds like either bulbs(both out) or fuse, or worst case blinker switch has gone bad on left turn only so not picking up the signal.

What you need is a new blinker module. They are a relatively cheap part that you can go to an auto parts store and get, and install yourself quite quickly with their instructions.

You need to use a "steering wheel puller" to remove the steering wheel. You will not gain access to the turn signal switch without the steering wheel removed.
