Could be a dirty throttle body or a faulty idle air control valve. The computer controls the idle speed by regulating the air going into the throttle body thru the control valve.
The TPS is located on the side of the throttle body closest to the front of the vehicle. There are two electrical units attached to the throttle body the other being the IAC or idle air control. The IAC is usually a cylindrical object about 3" long and 1 1/4" in diameter.
Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body as well as the electrical connectors for the throttle position sensor and the idle speed control solenoid then disconnect the plastic air intake duct, remove the four bolts securing the throttle body assembly to the intake manifold and remove it.
Clean it out using an old toothbrush and a can of throttlebody and air intake cleaner , then reinstall it by reversing the steps above.
on your throttle body the butterfly( think of a carburator) there is the throttle cable attached to it there before the the throttle body is a adjustor on the cable will require 2 wrenchs
The p2104 code was set because the PCM had to set the idle speed, the p2112 was set to indicate that your throttle body was stuck closed. You can try to remove the throttle body and clean it, check to ensure that it opens smoothly, check the TPS connector to ensure that it is plugged in correctly, reset the light and if the problem returns, you will probably have to install a new throttle body assembly. Hope this helps, let me know
