There is no formal retraining procedure necessary. Drive vehicle for a minimum of 10 minutes while maintaining a continuous speed above 15MPH. During this time the system will learn the new sensor ID and will clear any DTCs automatically.

Why does tire light stay on 2011 Toyota?

Reset the Tire pressure monitoring system light. The reset button is located under the steering side under the finish panel. You have to bend down to see the button.
Operate the tire pressure warning system reset switch only after the inflation pressures of all 4 tires have been adjusted on the vehicle.
To initialize the system, press and hold the tire pressure warning system reset switch for 3 seconds or longer with the power switch turned IG-ON

Tire pressure light is on ,how do I reset, lost my reset pages from manuel.

The tire pressure
monitor system can be reset two ways. With the ignition position at ON, pull the interior lamps control to the ON and OFF settings three times. It can also be reset through the radio using the
following steps:
1. Turn the ignition to ACC or ON and turn the radio off.
2. Press and hold the TUNE DlSP button on the radio for at least five seconds until SETTINGS is displayed.
3. Press the SEEK SCAN up or down arrow to scroll through the main menu.
4. Scroll until TIRE MON appears on the display.
5. Press the 1 PREV or 2 NEXT button to enter the submenu. RESET will be displayed.
6. Press the TUNE DlSP button to reset. A chime will be heard to verify the new setting and DONE will be displayed for one second.
7. Once the monitor has been reset, scroll until EXIT appears on the display.
8. Press the TUNE DlSP button to exit programming. A chime will be heard to verify exit.

The system completes the calibration process during
driving. The system normally takes 15 to 20 minutes of driving
in each of three speed ranges to "learn" tire pressures. The speed ranges are 15 to 40 mph (25 to 65 km/h), 40 to 65 mph (65 to 105 km/h) and above 65 mph (105 km/h). When learning is complete, the system will alert you after two to eight minutes if a tire is 12 psi (83 kPa) different from the other three tires. Detection thresholds may be higher and detection times may
be longer on rough roads, curves and at high speeds. The system is not capable of detection at speeds greater than 70 mph (110 km/h).

Round light in cluster comes on with an exclamation mark

It's your Tire Pressure Monitoring system. If you look on the inside of your driver's door frame, or on your driver's door near your locking latch, you will notice a sticker placed there with proper tire inflation psi. You should check all your tire pressures and adjust them as close as possible to the specs. If I'm not mistaken, your car requires the tire pressure to be about 32 or 35 psi. You have a 4 psi range, + or - the specifications that will turn that light off. Once you have adjusted pressure, it may be necessary for you to drive your car over 20 mph, for a few minutes to reset the light.

My '05 LeSabre warning light for check tire pressure came on. I checked all 4 tires and they each have 32# of pressure. How do I reset the monitor? No manual in the car. Thanks

make sure your spare is up to 32#'s pressure also , unless its one of the donut tires, turn ignition switch to on with engine off , press and hold GUAGE INFO button which is located to the left of the sterring column until TIRE PRESSURE messgage is displayed , press and hold RESET BUTTON for 5 seconds , TIRE PRESSURE RESET message should appear on display , release RESET button, a TIRE PRESSURE NORMAL message should appear on the display , after ressetting the Tire Pressure Monitor system it requires 30 minutes of straight driving to complete calibration process .

Comes with regular air in the tires. And if your Pressure monitor system is malfunctioning it may need reset by the dealer. We have a van that needed a new computer to resolve the pressure monitoring system problems
