YEP ALL TODAY CARS COME FROM THE FACTORY WITH DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHTS WHICH STAY ON WHILE YOU DRIVING.IF LIGHTS STAY ON WITH ENGINE OFF YOU HAVE A FAULTY DRL RELAY OR DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHTS RELAY.YOU COULD HAVE TURN ON HEAD LIGHTS MANUALLY FROM THE SWITCH.WHICH WILL CAUSE HEAD LIGHTS TO STAY ON.

On a 2003 Saturn Vue can I replace an individual tire stud or do I ned to replace the entire hub?

the wheel LUGs are pressed in .. you can replace one or more but it requires a special tool (press) to remove and install the new one... your local auto parts store may have one that you can rent or if you can bring in your part ..they may be able to remove the old one for you .. often free or a small charge .... in a pinch you can hammer a broken lug out if you are careful not to mushroom it or damage the wheel bearing . ... ..

Trying to replace light bulbs, front and rear

No usually for GM vehicles there are two pins on the headlight that you pull out and up. they are L shaped upside down. If not there are bolts holding the headlights on. But no special tool needed, it is a simple job, once the headlights are off twist the bulb counter clock wise, if they have a notch depress it and remove the bulb unhook it from the harness and you are done. Installation is reverse of removal.

Headgasket is out of this 1997 saturn sc2 1.9 liter

I have changed a head gasket on a saturn 1.9 L engine, no special tools are required. Take your time and be patient. do not over tighten the headbolts and do not forget to torque them to the correct specs. after about a week of driving check everything you tightened to uinsure they remained tight. all should be well when the project is complete. Oh one more thing. a mechanic dropped a socket into a friends engine and blew the motor. be very careful that all of your tools are acounted for before starting the engine

2004 Saturn Vue Brakes

The vibration is caused by the rotors being warped. Remove the front tires and check the front brake pads. Replace if needed. This is a pretty straight forward job. The rotors are "fall off" rotors and you won't need anything special tool wise.
