Maybe there was a leakage inside, where you had covered it up. Or it could be a bad connection with the spark plugs in your car that are not letting it start. Take it to a mechanic and let them tell you what is wrong with it, AAMCO offers free car inspections, they might be able to tell you what is wrong with it.
