More than likely it will. Very little changed in those years. I would approach it as a short block engine r&r and move most of the equipment from the 91 to the 95 engine unless they are the same. IE. engine mounts, alternator mounting brackets, etc.

Will the winshield from a 1994 fit a 1995

No it will not,1991-1994 is the third generation and was changed in 1995.You will need a 1995-1999(fourth gen.)windshield.If you call an auto glass repair place from your local phonebook they should be able to confirm this.I am 99% sure it will not work.

Can the engine of the 1993 Legend fit the 1990 Legend and vise versa?

Sure, just might be a few cosmetic differences - as long as they're same engine size.

Need engine size in Nissan pickup

It is either a Z24i, or a KA24E. You should find the identification number on the left side of the block at the rear. It should say what size it is.

Engine dies out above 2500 RPM, picks back up at 2000 RPM

That's a characteristic of Nissan engines when the mass airflow sensor is not working. My 1990 300ZX was set up the same way - when the mass air sensor fails, the car won't rev above 2500RPM in order to safeguard the engine. Get some air intake/throttle body cleaner and clean the mass air sensor. Get some electrical contact cleaner and clean the electrical contacts on the harness plug that plugs into the sensor. If that doesn't cure the problem, you'll need a new sensor.

The mass air sensor is in the 3-4" diameter pipe between the airbox and the throttle body.

Starter for 1995 pathfindert

I copied this directly out of my manual.

Starter removal:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. On models equipped with a V6 engine, raise the vehicle and support it on jackstands.

2. Remove the wires from the starter solenoid. Label the wires and terminals to prevent confusion during installation.

3. Remove the starter motor mounting bolts.

4. Lift out the starter motor and solenoid.
5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
