Hi, from your decription your brake pads are worn out and down to the metal part of the pad so when you press the brakes it is pressing against the brake rotor which is supposed to be a smooth round metal disc for the pads to make contact with and stop the car HOWEVER your rotors are no longer smooth because they have been scarred by the metal to metal contact giving you the grinding noise, they can be smoothed back out referred to as "turning the rotor" at an auto parts store ,usually, IF there is enough metal left on the rotors do that and still be thick enough to be within the specification !

Have your brakes checked. Hyundai has a habit of grinding up not just the fronts, but also the rear brakes prematurely.

Otherwise, look under your vehicle and make sure you aren't in fact, dragging a plastic piece from your under body.

Good luck!

Evertime i drive it shakes and feels like

It sounds like you have a broken belt in one of your tires.....check to see if there are any bulges or indentations in your tires....start with your front tires. If your unable to check the tires yourself take it to a shop and have them check it. Hope this helps.

Everytime im driving slow and i brake my brakes grind and i have to press hard to come to a stop. it rarely happens when im going at higher speeds although it has happened. Whats the problem?

normally grinding and a hard pedal mean excessive wear on the brake pads, you wont feel it as much at higher speeds, at low speads its more previlant due to the pressure......check front pads first, the rear ones usually wear a lot slower

Your two thoughts are probably correct. If you feel it more in your seat, it's probably the mounts. If you feel it more in the steering wheel, CV shafts.
