You have to do a relearn procedure on the anti-theft system:

Attempt to start the vehicle. Leave the ignition on until the THEFT SYSTEM indicator turns off (about 10 minutes). Turn the ignition switch off. Leave the ignition switch off with key in for about 10 minutes. Attempt to start vehicle.

Replaced the fuel pump. the car starts, but won't stay running

The anti-theft system will keep the car from being driven, so I would start there. You may need to reset the anti-theft or check the ignition key for problems.

try locking your car with the key and unlocking it with the key, leave it for 30 second or so between the locking and unlocking , the car thinks some one has tampered with it

06 trailblazer trouble with anti theft system, I think, starts right up then other times the anti theft light comes on and it won't start. can try it 2-4 hours later and it starts right up????

The first thing to do get it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . Not at auto zone or any other parts store , you want to have full scan of all the modules on the car. Don't know how much you know about automotive electronics , computer controlled systems etc.... Your vehicle has at least 10 modules (computers ) on board , there all talk to each other on a serial data network . C.A.N - controller area network . Or in the case of GM it has it's own . GMLAN -
How to Diagnose Controller Area Network CAN When you turn that ignition switch to start it is an input to the computer ,be it the PCM or BCM ..

The security light on the dash stays on and the car won't crank wat to do

The anti theft systems are tied in together with your ignition switch. I think you will find that your ignition switch is bad, and that is what is causing your anti theft system to malfunction. If you replace the ignition switch it should solve your problem. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
