if your lucky might just be wheel balance so get ALL wheels rebalanced but more likely to be wear in the steering/suspension but try the wheel balance first as cheaper option then have steering etc inspected good luck

Vibration from front wheels

Sounds like you need your wheels balancing - take it to an auto shop and have them check it for you.

With the rear windows down my Highlander vibrates heavily.

Inspect the universal joint. See if the driveshaft has any play in it. This could also be caused by a bad, dry, or damaged wheel bearing. Those items can be fixed. Hope this helped.

Woouumm Woouumm noise

Check the right side engine mount ASAP!
Call the dealer and give them the VIN number.

There is a new TOYOTA part no. 123052-0D120 to address this problem.

The old design on 05 and 06 has the noise problem.

In order to pin point the problem I will need the VIN number.

Please post it and I will follow up on it.

I just had new tires put on the front and a front end alignment, also when i go 60 miles an hr i here a hollering noise

It's probably your calipers. I just had the exact same problem and it was my front drivers side caliper. Rides quiet now. Have someone check it out. When they lift the car and spin the wheels, it didn't turn easily at all. The passenger wheel did very easily though. Anyways, the part is around $125. Don't know what labor is. Got it on the house.
