I need to know the camshaft timing on my 1991 corolla. It has the 1.6

With the Keyway on the crankshaft at the 12 O'Clock position the timing mark on the crank shaft gear shiuld line up with the timing mark on the crankcase at the 1 O'Clock position.
For the Camshaft gear, the small hole under the " 4A " on the gear should line up with the indent on the front camshaft bearing cap. The approximate correct oposition of the camshaft gear is also indicated by the No. 4 Cylinder exhaust valves just closing and the inlet valves just opening.

Timing belt gear line up

The crank gear should have a pin in the center of it that lines up with the notch just above it (at 12 o'clock position). The intake cam gear (gear on the left when looking at the engine from the front) has an "I" mark that lines up with the notch just above it (at 12 o'clock position) and the exhaust cam gear (gear on the right when looking at the engine from the front) has an "E" mark that lines up with the notch just above it (at 12 o'clock position.

Which one of the three marks on cam shaft is the timing mark for a 1986 slant 6

On the cam gear there is one very small dimple on the inside lip of the front of the gear. When aligning the marks to time the engine you need to have the crank timing mark set at about the 11 o'clock position and the small dimple on cam gear at about the 4 o'clock position. Doing this will have the timing set correctly. Hope this will help you.

Flats of all four cams on the ends opposite gears need to be parallel to top of head where cam cover bolts on. Dark links on transmission side of cam gears should line up with pins at 12:00 positions on cams. Dark links on pulley side of gears should line up with marks on intake gears. Dark link on balancer shaft gear lines up with tooth at 5:00 position. Dark link on crankshaft gear lines up at 4:00 position.

Here is a diagram of the pulley side marks.

Here is what the marks look like on the tranmission side of the gears on the front head:

I need a diagram for a 94 oldsmobile cutlass supreme timing chain

There is a dot on each of the gears one on the large cam gear and one on the small crank gear. The crank gear dot on the teeth of the gear should point to the 12oclock postion straight up then the one on the cam gear point sin the 6 O clock position so the dots meet each other then you put the chain on the cam gear then around the crank gear then bolt on the cam gear the dots should still be lined up with each other.this puts the engine in the #4 firing postion

I need a diagram to sincronize the timing belt of my isuzu tropper 3.2 sohc

if this is 6VD1 engine it has single cam gear each head, but is still a 2 cams per head, engine
if belt has broke or you have turned any gear you must remove rocker covers to check positions of camshafts front lobes are in certain spot as well as timming mark on belt driven cam gear to cover
this cam gear is a 3:1 ratio (3 turns of cam gear = 1 turn of cams)

Timing belt replacing

a diagram will help but let me give you a hint you dont need the diagram, once you remove the cover you will see 3 gears the top is the cam gear and if you look at the gear pulley there is a small hole set this at twelve o clock position, the distributor gear which is the middle one should be set in such a way that the rotor of the distributor alighn with number one on the dist cap and the third the last should be set to align the timing mark on the bell housing of the transmission and set it to zero, instal the belt and the car will run fine
