Go underneath to look at the tie rod ends at both sides that are connected to both tires. If both ends rubber bots are warned out that you should replace them as soon as possibly before they destroy more things later on so jack up the car and look for this first. If this is not it that you can use two jacks and jack 3 ton stands in front of the car and start the car up and put it into drive as long as the tires are not touching the floor so have someone in the car while you are out to hear if the noise appears. Just be careful when if you do this is all.
