First check the battery terminals to see if they are lose and plus if there is alot of acid white stuff on the battery terminals that you should take the cables off and clean them by using wrenches or socket set tools to do this. Check all the fuses to see if there are any that are bad meaning if any fuse inside them have the connectors inside black. Is there any car store there in your country like AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts stores ? click on this web link :

This is Romania's auto zone company just call them they might help you out too.

Why want my 1995 Dodge interpid start

unfortunately being a 95 that was the cross over year to obd2 todays scanners may plug or not and may read computer info or not another way to check codes on the older chryslers is to turn the ignition on and off three times third time leaving ignition forward watch the check engine light and it should start flashing count the flashes example three flashes and a pause then four more flashes would be code 34 each code should repeat it's self twice then moving to next code when codes are finished engine light will go out if any codes were missed you will have to repeat the three times on and off also recommend doing it a few times to make sure you have gotten the codes correct

I have a 1991 dodge stealth dohc and removed th cas sensor with out marking the old one what is the proper way to install the new one.

Marking does not matter that much because you always need to reset the timing anyway.

Here is a link for crank and cam position sensor replacement:
http://www.stealth316.com/2-cas-91-92.htm

And here is one for timing:
http://www.stealth316.com/2-ignition-timing.htm
It is just like any distributor timing except that you have to ground the right test connector, otherwise the ECU will vary the timing based on things like temperature, knock, fuel, etc.

Could be a restricted catalytic converter. Tap converter with hammer and see if it rattles. if does, replace it.
