As to under dash will need to look up for a plug and play adapter [if their is one ] and as to the rear plug and play adapter usually tap off connections behind rear light lens or behind the trunk panel

If this is a factory light harness for the trailer hookup on your Caravan. Look under the hood for a fuse box. Many 2000+ vehicles have this with separate fuses just for the trailer lights.

it would be best if you took it to a dealer and left a mechanic take it home over night,that way he can have the Chrysler drb hooked up when the problem presents its self.

It may be there but just taped up out of the way I have seen them close to the cetre underdash going towards the radio area

the wiring harness is the econimical way to go about it; it serves the same function as if you had a tow package. But if you want the Dealer Tow package look, there are multible harnesses that you can just plug into the existing plug under your vehicle
