Question about Toyota Sequoia
Welcome to Fixya
Drive the car for three miles and see if it is still shaking. If yes, that would mean the car is not firing on all cylinders. Possible causes would be a timing belt has jumped a tooth, in which case if you drive it you could bend valves. IT could be electrical. A bad coil a bad wire.It could be a fuel problem, low pressure from pump plugged filter. It could be a bad idle circuit, A hole in a boot.
The light only gives you an idea what is going on. If you have scan tool (obd2 reader), scan the engine yourself and read the codes. This codes will tell use what is the real problem of the car.
Provide me the codes that you will be getting and i will help you resolved the issue.
Thank you for using Fixya!

You need a code scanner hooked up to find out what is causing the light ot come on. Some auto part stores can do that. Once the code is retrieved, they can tell you what sensor is causing it.

Not sure what is causing it, but it sounds like you're running on 3 cyllinders. Check plugs, wires, timing . timing belt may have jumped, bad injector, low fuel pressure.

i just fixed a similar problem on my van there is a rubber elbow on the end of the pvc hose that connects to the valve cover you can only buy the elbow with the hose and it costs about 100 bucks but i guess they have had to replace a lot of these because the new one looks twice has strong you just have to check and see if its collapsed in on itself preventing air movement or leaking the shop will charge you 175 dollars to fix it plus the part but it only takes 20 minutes good luck
