Here's the procedure from Chrysler: Headlamp Housing
Headlamp lens fogging is a normal condition and does not require service unless excessive or continual. Moisture will vent from tubes or vents located on the back of the lamp .

That diagram is internal. It is inside the steering wheell hub. The entire turn signal switch will more than likely need replacing. It is a pretty difficult procedure for an for a novice mechanic.. You have to disable the airbag system before removing steering wheel. Buy a manul for the car and you may be able to achieve this. Good luck I hope this solves you problem. Please post a solved comment on fixya, so I recieve credit for the solve. This will increase my ranking on fixya.com That is how I get paid. By knowing I am helping someone!!!!

Driver headlight not working and changed the bulb

Check backshell of connector and make sure there is not corrosion inside of connector. Wire could also be broke. Right and left headlights are on same fuse and run through same wire. I would suspect no current to connector.

How can I take my headlamp out for treplacement -

There are two star bit screws...they are long and run through the headlight assembly.Unscrew these two and pull them completely out from the top of the assembly. Once they are out you have to pull the headlight assembly out...there are pins that clip it in place...they are like the head of a spark plug...you just pull on the assembly and it pops out.

Installation is in reverse order.
