Try removing the cooling fan relays one at a time in the underhood fuse block , If they go off and stay off after you put the relay back replace it

Replace coolant sensor an 2 cooling fan relays an fan motors an fans still wont come on when car reach certian temp

The cooling fans are designed to come on at about 215 degrees to 219 degrees, and I have seen them come on at 225 degrees, the engine is designed to average 232 degrees at the most,it may not be warm enough to come on the first time, but the thermostat,if stuck will prevent this also, and you need to bleed the air out of the cooling system.

Cooling fan blowing relay

Generally speaking, any time you have issues with a relay or fuse blowing again and again, there is a short somewhere in the circuit. It could also be the fan motor going bad, but I believe that is less likely. Does the fan motor spin freely when the engine/key is off? Does it happen when turning the air conditioning on or when the fan starts from the engine coming up to temperature or both?

Cooling fans do not turn on and car overheats on a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. What is the problem? I have checked the fuses and they seem OK. Could the problem be the thermostade?

your cooling fan motor might be shot..turn on your heater while you are driving it will downplay the overheating...until you can get a new fan put in...make sure you have coolant in your car too the car might be sucking in a bit more than usual

Cooling fans on 2001 chevy malibu will not come on unless ac on

the relays control circuit is grounded by ECM (computer) . to check this make sure the is hot enough for the fans to be commanded on by computer and check to see if you have voltage at relay and it has ground from computer . you may need ECM.
good luck
