Question about 1999 Ford Windstar
The fuse for the horn as well as for the power to the horn relay is located in the power distribution box (a fancy name for a fuse box) located under the hood of the car in the engine compartment. The fuse will be in the number 4 position and should be a 25 amp fuse (see picture of fuse layout below). Now in that same panel is the horn relay itself that you made need to check. that relay is in the number 205 position. this should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not and would like a copy, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. don't worry no cost. I hope this helps you and good luck.
