You have a short from one of your wires so you can test them by using a multimeter to find out where or which wire is shorting out on you.

Bake light and binker light not working

You can check the flasher switch inside the fuse box its easly replaced or you can check the brake switch located on the brake pedel upper part under the dash or it could be the turn signal switch it self Myadvice is start with the easyest test first first and that would be the flasher unit upllug it from fuse and try a new one if thats not it check brake switch

My blinkers and flashers all quit working at the same time. Indicator lights in the dash won't even light up. Do flashers and blinkers run off the same fuse?

The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system.
Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.

Hazards and blinkers not working

There are separate fuses for the turn signals and blinkers, but you should check both of them just to see if they're good.

You may have a burnt out turn signal bulb as well. I know that this sounds like an obvious answer, but a single bulb can sometimes disable the entire system because of the way that some flashers operate.

You could also have a defective turn signal/hazard light flasher. This is located under the dash board on the driver's side between the steering column and the door. You have to remove the sound insulation/kick panel (the cover on the bottom of the dash board) to reach the flasher (it is easy to remove - I don't think you even need tools).
